Studio jamming with Paloma Jimenez

Paloma is one of my favorite artists in Denver. She has a subtle sense of humour that permeates her work- its so gentle, yet so devious. I was made aware of her via another great Denver artist, Mary Mackey. We shared studios at the time at Urban Mud. Since then, Paloma has been in several shows with us, as well as two seperate releases(that both sold out quickly). This time Paloma focuses on a growing fascination with trash- found objects, random things lost from pockets, and more. For a deeper dive into Paloma’s new collection, visit her substack! And give a listen to her amazing mix below.
